All round beast, 7 ft tall, 89.9999999999kg 1% bodyfat......... will only answer to the name "captain" had broken hand from boxing match a few days before southern qualifier. passed out with 110 log overhead at qualifier, broke leg, that was only second event. still won. oh and he can done heavy ass farmers i.e. 170 ish i think. he basically ran with the 120s at the qualifier | ||

Hope to god I finish the farmers, they both look awfull to carry, 115 log have a go at 125 but think its out of my reach this yr, Think maybe 6 on deadlift if it goes well, buts its left me after the yorks comp, Hate the yoke just hope I finish it in the time given, Oh medley struggle on the clean on the barrel, the rest should be ok tho, aiming for 4 on the squat, Should get the 135 stone but dont think al get the 160, Does anyone no the order on oh medley ? | ||
