yeah maybe, or maybe that is just a difficult height for you. For me that is an awful height and i can do f**k all from there. Wee bit lower or higher is better, but just below the knee ball is the worst.

Yeah you're probably right, it's just I've done a (still crap) 230 x 3 from there and I feel strong at the moment so I'm just a bit bemused. Anyway - no point dwelling - just have to get stronger on them!

You're probably right Rob - if I'd have remembered it was Wednesday today I would have come down. I'll be there on Friday (if I can remember!)

OK, thanks for letting me know. I'm going to give the old shin a rest this weekend anyway I think and let the elbows recover too. See you next week.

Wide grip chins
BW x 5

Close grip bench press
up to 120kg x 5

Seated rows
up to 140kg x 10 PB

Hammer curls
30kg x 9

Was going to do some farmers holds but picked up my last warm up set (110kg) and though 'Nay' and put them back down. Felt far too havey and felt pain in various places. Rest up for the weekend and come back at it next week.

Little bit disappointed with the log, but then again they were virtually strict. Really ned to work my technique on this.

Think i prefer Whuitecliffs to be honest, and it is quite soon after the South West comp, so will probably leave that one.

Whitecliffs is quite a lot later in the summer though isnt it? I'd like to do as many as time/money will allow. I know I can improves tonnes by doing lots of comps.

Could be wrong on that though.
