Yeah, I was at the Northern seniors at the weekend. Came 2nd in the -94kg with 92 snatch, 120 C&J. My bests are 101/ 125

My coach sorts out the comps for me. The guy who won the 94's beat me by a mile. I only came 2nd cos one guy bombed out and another hurt his wrist. Sean Clegg who posts on here won the 77's and the overall title.

Had the 120 locked overhead all 3 times but missed forwards. I have a tendency to have my hips behind the bar. 120 clean is pretty easy for me.

We call this the "sale sharks row", as in the rugby team. Apparently this is one of their conditioning drills. Horrible.
