Bodyweight 113kg this morning after breakfast. Being this small sucks Unhappy but strength has increased so who really cares.

Log clean and press from floor
Warm ups

Incline machine
40kg a side for 1 set of 25 reps

DD pulldowns
60kg x 5 x 10 reps

Preacher curls
60kg x 4 x 10 reps

You're not a rugby lad now mate so if you want go compete against smaller guys on the 105kg scene then knuckle down and get used to being what you would call "skinny" at 110kg my man

Hahahaha sure mike im just used to being 120+ so its a shock.

yeh weights coming off well and there is no sign of strength loss, in fact its gone up especially in the deadlift.

Hows your training going?

Thanks spam. I think all my lifts are kinda average. But then again im comparing them to those of mark clegg and other top strongmen. Thanks tho dude

just up to 140 x 3 nice and easy Happy

5 x 3 with some heavy chain we found

machine rows

6 sets of a bunch (felt mega swole, then looked In the mirror hahaha)

Saturdays training

Body weight at 111kg this morning

Log work
Warmed up
115kg x 2 x 1 (felt good but needed more snap)
105kg x 3 x 3 (felt very good)
110kg x 3 x 3 (PB video of one)

lots of hard graft on the log. Best log work i've ever done. might have made 115kg for 3 but ill leave that for later on.

Close grip bench

140 x 8 i think in the slingshot
shoulders and triceps were grizzled

Squats in belt only

didnt get a chance to go any higher coz the gym closed up.

Had a few days off to recover and rest

Wednesday - 10am training

Bodyweight 111kg after breakfast and shower (so should make weight ok)

this is the weight on sunday. It felt smooth and comfortable.

i've prob only done this 3 time in the past.
