Clean and Press 50x3 50x3 70x3 90x3 95x1 85x 3cleans,5presses (1c,2p->1c,2p->1c1p) Tweaked bicep a bit on these, was already a bit off from Saturday Ultra Rows 60x8 100x8 Lots of Pulldowns and different rows and pullovers with light-mod load trying to take biceps out of it and still do some training. | ||
