Member 1491, 354 posts SQ 280, BP 140, DL 305725.0 kgs @ 120kgs Eq | My missus had a similar problem with the insurance, she was reversing out of a parking bay, and this stupid doris in a 4x4 drove across the arse of our golf!! you could see the scrape marked along the rear bumper, and f**king great big dent where her arch went over the bumper, and to top it off she was on the wrong side of the road, yet our insurance company in their wisdom decided that it was our fault and paid out, even though i had stated to them on the phone that i would not accept liability, and that i would go to court if needed. I hope you get a different result!! | ||
