Pleased with the fronties, but pissed off with the 18 inchers, they were quite rushed though and I didn't pull at all last week, so not too bothered.

Still trying to decide what's best to do with the overheads re. having the bar in the hands (like tonight) or having it resting on the collarbones with fingers on the bar?
