powerlifting Tall Vs Small

6'7 here, so even if i wanted to be a lifter, and decided to pull sumo, the bar isnt long enough for me to go as wide as i would like Tongue my stupidly long arms mean bench press ROM is massive too!

Terry Hollands is about that height, nothing wrong with his deadlift.

Tom Martin is pretty tall for his weight class if I remember right, and we all know about his deadlift.

I think proportional lever length is more important than actual height, ie how your lever length influences your setup position

oh im not complaining, if i could, id love to be taller! i just have to pretty much sit in like a clean pull cos of my proportions!

not sayin its easy tall or short, if lifters r usin the short/long lever thing may aswel giv up and start bodybuildin.
power liftin,strongman and olympic liftin r all hard and thaats y we do it! some lifts suit some more than others but sayin your only good because you hav long/short arms is bulls**t!


man up and lift "ITS LITE WEIGHT" haha
