Farmers Walk
Using DB's, not sure of the distance, 30m?

DB's have a s**tty oval shaped handle which doesn't help your grip at all.

Long but good session, deficit and rack pulls felt good. Oddly I feel I get more leg drive with the deficits! Possibly more there on rack pulls but didn't want to kill my grip or use straps. Massive pump after the shrugs and Farmers Cool
