Getting better at dips albeit still with a band. Gym was heaving as usual, have yet to find a time in PM when it isnt. | ||

Cleans 20x5 40x5,5,5 Push Press 20x5 50x3 60x3 70x3 80x1 85x1 90xf body said yes brain said no 85x1,1 Powerclean & Jerk 60x3,3 Overhead Squat First time doing these. 20x5 30x5,5 Average session, that 90kg PP is starting to piss me off. OH squats were much harder than i thought. | ||

Eating and drinking the wrong stuff. Deadlift 70x5 120x1 150x1 170x1 190x1 205x1 PB!! 210xf just below knee 13" Deadlift 200x1 PB!! DB Rows 10,10,10 Cable Rows 20,10,10,10,20 Good session that, well chuffed about the PBs Need to work on the 13" DL as that is where my sticking point is. Happy. | ||

Deadlift 60x3 110x3 150x1 180x1 200x1 4" Defecit Deadlift 150x2 170x2 180x2 Rack Pull Just above knee. 60x1 110x1 150x1 190x1 220x1 PB!! 250x1 PB!! 190x6 BB Row Start from floor each rep, strict. 60x10,10,10 Plate grip Deadlift Gripping the plates at each end of the bar 60x5,5,5 Grip pretty fried after this! BB Shrug 60x30 DOH Farmers Walk Using DB's, not sure of the distance, 30m? 35x30m 45x30m 60x15m DB's have a s**tty oval shaped handle which doesn't help your grip at all. Long but good session, deficit and rack pulls felt good. Oddly I feel I get more leg drive with the deficits! Possibly more there on rack pulls but didn't want to kill my grip or use straps. Massive pump after the shrugs and Farmers | ||
