Onwards and upwards, looking on Mine Training Log I'm very happy to close the introduction to strongman and full fitness in that chapter... Very happy indeed and think it deserves to be a separate reference point for me for many reasons

Here I will document my training towards competitiveness in under 105kg strongman starting from the bottom up. For me progression is very motivating and I have very optimistic goals at reaching national level by the end of 2011

To give you an idea of the level I am at currently Joni is looking at beating me at the 2010 BSM northern qualifier. He proabably will too Grin

I look forward to a full year mate, even if I don't progress through to national 105kg level there are so many friendly competitions and festivals etc. that theres no reason I can't enjoy myself all year round... That's in addition to spectataing the strongman competitions that my training partners compete in!
