I think the log i used today was harder to clean than my JT log (even though i got a PB clean) as the handles are definately wider apart, probably explains brachioradialis pain i've developed after the session.

Cheers guys brachioradialis pain today is immense so that coupled with a bannana bar ment i had to use straps for todays pulls session (generally sacking off straps in the new year).

Happy to equal a PB today on a bent bar with zero flex. Well thinking about it i may well of been doing 18.5" deads.

Came across Andy Deck's training log and saw he got a deadlift PR (american) with 515(lbs)x10 so i fancied seeing where i'm at compared to a USA u105. Yes i know i was 3.6kg shy of 515 but its christmas for f**k sake Grin
