Strict log 50x3 80x1 90x1 95x1 Maybe a PB? Seated hammer-strength press 40x8 80x8 100x8(x3) Dips/Press ups superset BWx10(x3) 30 sec rest between sets. Press up done on some BIG pressup handles for extra chest rippage | ||

Well thinking about it i may well of been doing 18.5" deads. Deadlift 230x8 Came across Andy Deck's training log and saw he got a deadlift PR (american) with 515(lbs)x10 so i fancied seeing where i'm at compared to a USA u105. Yes i know i was 3.6kg shy of 515 but its christmas for f**k sake WG Chins BWx10(x3) T bar row 100x10(x3) Seated SA machine Row 60x10(x3) Shrugs 140x10(x3) All done in about 1 and a quarter hours. Amazing how much faster it is training on your own AND how much of a ball ache it is loading a bar. 4 Days off now over the festive period to eat, drink, and be merry... and then eat some more. | ||
