Strict Press
Lots of band dislocations for warm up
20x5
40x5
60x3
65x2
70x1,1
72.5x1 PB!! This took everything, real grind.
62.5x2,2,2,2,1

BN Strict
20x5
40x5
50x4
Nothing else there so decided to leave it.

CGBP
All paused:

Todays wanky jerk session.

Had an exam before i trained. MAX strict yesterday. No food. Excuses out the way.

Jerk
20xlots
40x5
60x5
70x3
80x3,3,3 all flew up
90xf wtf! no where near.

BN Jerks
Decided as i didn't have the energy to do anything heavy to work on tech.
20xlots, lots, lots
40x5,5,5,5,5,5,5 All very snappy.

Also tried some snatch balances but it just confirmed the fears that my knee is very much f**ked.

Ah I see, I know a few people who train there from the competitions I have done, Craig Joyce, Luke and Louise.

Good luck with the comp I'm sure you will enjoy it, you should do the 3 lifts much more fun than single lift Grin

Am thinking of paying the palace a visit in the new year, what days can powerlifters train?
