This took everything, real grind. 62.5x2,2,2,2,1 BN Strict 20x5 40x5 50x4 Nothing else there so decided to leave it. CGBP All paused: 40x5 60x3 65x3 70x3,3,3,3,5,4 Pushdowns 12,10,10,10 Good session that, PB on strict. Need to do more work on lock out though! Took it out of me but a PB so im happy! Tried some dips but they were pitiful and made my shoulders hurt. | ||

Excuses out the way. Jerk 20xlots 40x5 60x5 70x3 80x3,3,3 all flew up 90xf wtf! no where near. BN Jerks Decided as i didn't have the energy to do anything heavy to work on tech. 20xlots, lots, lots 40x5,5,5,5,5,5,5 All very snappy. Also tried some snatch balances but it just confirmed the fears that my knee is very much f**ked. | ||

Good luck with the comp I'm sure you will enjoy it, you should do the 3 lifts much more fun than single lift | ||
