I currently train in the Garage at home with two Rottweilers for company, but they make a mess and keep licking me in between sets and it's bloody freezing in there at this time of year so this store room would be much better. Now then, I want a Cage, Bench and Oly weights so can anyone recommend a good supplier. On line would be best of course, just get it all delivered. I'll also need a CD Player, Amp and BIG speakers but I know where to get those  Thanks in advance. | ||

 Walk your talk Member 5, 25557 posts Administrator | can i have that half-rack in your garage ? i cant imagine you wanting it, what with me knowing all your dirty little secrets n all..... you need a good quality powercage , ful oly set with bumper weights , rack of dumbells , chinup bar (for hanging your towel) good bench with incline and mabie a smith machine  | ||

However you are of course welcome to come and train at The Glen when I have set it up. | ||
