My current bodyweight is around 124kg and its time to shift some lard. I will post up some measurement(not cock wise) when i can find the bas***d tape measure. I plan to get below 110kg and do a competition at this weight. My goals for the year are...
My routine will be... (things may still change) mon - Bench, overhead work, lat assistance etc.. wed - Oly stuff, Squats and deads(Will rotate squats and deads weekly) Thurs - Cardio sat - Strongman(if its ok with millsy) sun - Cardio I will keep pushing the weights as usual but with slightly higher reps to start with (currently on 10's) and will drop the reps while upping the weight, hopefully the strength loss will be at a minimum. I will track my progress by using a heart rate monitor on my runs and bike rides, measurements and weigh-ins fortnightly, pictures and bleep tests every couple of months. Lets get started... | ||

Squats unbelted bar x lots 60kg x 10 100kg x 5 120kg x 5 145kg x 10 60kg x 10 Front Squat One powerclean per set 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 75kg x 5 80kg x 5 Shrugs 60kg x 20 110kg x 15 150kg x 15 170kg x 10 ,10 bodyweight situps on inclined thing x 10 ,10 10mins cycling Good session, had much shorter rest between sets and that 145x10 was pretty brutal. Hopefully will be back at adders soon once car is fixed....again. | ||

Made setting up impossible.Bench first rep paused bar x lots ,lots 60kg x 10 80kg x 5 90kg x 5 110kg x 1 lower back cramp like a bas***d, had to re-rack 110kg x 3 Super wide incline bench first rep paused 60kg x 8 70kg x 6 85kg x 5 95kg x 3 PB military press 30kg x 8 40kg x 8 50kg x 5 ,5 ,5 push press 50kg x 5 60kg x 5 ,5 ,5 power cleans 50kg x 5 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 ,5 Pulldowns 60kg x 10 80kg x 10 90kg x 10 110kg x 8 rows 70kg x 8 80kg x 8 90kg x 6 curls Volume tastic session. Started off s**t on that horrible bench but the PB on the super wide inclines made up for it. Looking back i havnt benched since the 19th, this makes me want to burn my car...but than i remember all the wonderful times we had together. My quads are killing me from wednesdays session combined with a 2 and a half hour hike with my dog yesterday. | ||

Cheers mate, didnt realise I spent so long off benching. I'm not sure how quickly the weight is gonna come off. I'm only gonna be weighing myself once a fortnight so i will have a better idea once i have my first weigh-in. If everything goes well maybe end of march - end of april time. | ||
