I'm also 10kg lighter than i was last time i push pressed 160. I can see myself getting 170-180 if i train them more often, and add some quality bodyweight over the winter. I like the high rep bench press, really high reps like that actually seem to aid recovery from the heavier stuff by flushing blood into the shoulders and tris. | ||
