Thanks! I'm happy with my bench at the moment.

Push press tomorrow i think, i want to hit the shoulders separately to bench from now on, so i can be fresh for both.

I'm pleased with the push press - equalled my PB which is always good. I'm also 10kg lighter than i was last time i push pressed 160. I can see myself getting 170-180 if i train them more often, and add some quality bodyweight over the winter.

I like the high rep bench press, really high reps like that actually seem to aid recovery from the heavier stuff by flushing blood into the shoulders and tris.

I've push pressed 4 times i think this whole summer, as i've been more focused on bench. I need to start hitting them at least once a week!
