272.5kg x1 pb
narrow grip pulldowns
3 sets of 10
widegrip pulldowns
3 sets of 10
heavy singles this week reps next.
events tomorrow night.

events day
farmers 100kg per hand 6 x 25mtr runs trying to get quicker.
log 80kg x 5 100kg x 5 110 x 1 110kg fail 110kg x 1 80kg x 5
not to happy with this.
100kg stone x 5
3 sets of curls
3 sets of curls on the bar
first week back after a three week lay off.so ok but not good.

200 fail couldnt get out of the hole.
well pissed off
3 sets of cleans
a piss poor workout but never mind lots of reps next week looking forward to it.
and on the plus side weekend eat what ever i want and lots of it nice!!!!!

3 sets of warm ups
120kg x 3 speed reps
120kg x 3 speed
120kg x 3 speed
trying to speed up . mainly from the bottom of the movement.
close grip bench
100kg 10
100kg 10
120kg 3
then tri push downs 4 sets of ten
short work out as had to be a work early.

6am squats ? very harsh !!

i cycle to work at 5am so exersise is possible , but i HAVE to do it or my kids will starve !!!
