Embedding a youtube video highlight and copy the URL to the youtube video you want to post http://www.sugdenbarbell.co.uk/uploads/misc/85421281796326.jpg or just copy the individual video ID (everything after the '=') http://www.sugdenbarbell.co.uk/uploads/misc/12601281796394.jpg click the youtube iconhttp://www.sugdenbarbell.co.uk/layout/forum/tags/youtube.gif and the youtube tags will appear in the dialogue box http://www.sugdenbarbell.co.uk/uploads/misc/86411281796532.jpg paste the URL inbetween the tags - leaving no gaps , and delete everything to the left of the '=' AND delete the '=' http://www.sugdenbarbell.co.uk/uploads/misc/97541281796611.jpg or paste the individual ID inbetween the tags - leaving no gaps http://www.sugdenbarbell.co.uk/uploads/misc/67141281796669.jpg hey presto !!! an idiot in his shed you can just post the whole URl and an admin can embed it for you !! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dswbRWwf6g
