I am a bench-only guy Member 3, 10034 posts SQ 185, BP 175, DL 235595.0 kgs @ 140kgs UnEq Administrator | I believe Felix worked on one-arm pulls a fair bit. As Tony suggested, he'd be a good man to call - he lost remarkably little during the several months his arm was in a cast.

left the country satisfied Member 10, 19241 posts SQ 240, BP 150, DL 270660.0 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq | the hip belt is also good for sled dragging etc which i did when my arm was in a sling. though doing sled dragging for 1-1.5 hours can get on your nerves a bit the hip belt squats themselves are very hard, and i am happy not having to do them any more!
