No one believed him anyway. Member 958, 11411 posts SQ 410, BP 215, DL 4251050.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | Do you mean when they start pealing off and you can just pull it off painlessly or when it f**king rips half your finger off between the callous and your knuckle? I try and keep on top of doing the first one, in order to stop the 2nd one from EVER happening again!

Just cut the loose skin off and leave them! They will dry up pretty quick and give it a week-9days and you are good to go. Cheers mate! Watched 2009 worlds finals yesterday and saw you rip your hands up so was going to ask you about it.

Shoulderz like boulderz Member 842, 479 posts | i saw your hands mate and mine were exactly the same when i competed last year, the next few days they were a bit sensitive but honestly within a week you will be good to go. DONT put anything on them as it will slow down the healing, just keep the open sores clean and it will be ok.

understanding of the sport, little he has. Member 798, 9941 posts SQ 260, BP 150, DL 272.5682.5 kgs @ 82.5kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 29.03.2010 @ 13:19 PM by BigMacca I used to tear a callous every 8-9 weeks until I finally listened to my missus I now use a pedegg on them twice a week and use hand cream 3-4 times a day, since doing this they've not even looked like tearing again (5-6 months now). Just man up and be a girl about it all. Cheers Macca

JEDWARD Member 454, 980 posts SQ 225, BP 170, DL 275670.0 kgs @ 106kgs UnEq | when mine start to build up I shave them off with a thin old skool shaving razor, it's like a knife through butter. Never had a problem since.
