Its round the side of my knee cap, its not the hamstring behind the knee but its not on the knee cap itself either it feels just above the calf. Any ideas and what should i do? now in some pain but its generally only when i put pressure on it.

Scotbasher - forever Member 59, 2115 posts | Rest it for a few days and if you're still suffering after that see a good physio. Seeing an expert gives you are greater chance of finding the root cause and treating any problems, nobody can assess it over the internet.
