Deadlifts 1 x 60 1 x 100 1 x 140 1 x 180 1 x 220 suited from here 1 x 245 1 x 245 Benchpress 3 x 60 3 x 80 3 x 100 3 x 110 3 x 120 2 x 125 Chins BW x 11, 8, 6 Shoulder still f**ked. Dropped the pin presses for normal bench but it still hurt. | ||
