Ok this thread has received a well overdue update, I've updated all the goals people have achieved (let me know if I've missed any).

Not long to go now folks, just 2 and half months or so. Looks like most people will fail on a lot of their dizzy goals myself included!!

I'm most looking forward to seeing myself pull 230 by Christmas, Davo pull 260, Joni squat 150 for 20 and 17" guns, Mish getting to 80kg bodyweight, tokar strict pressing 90, alex deadlifting 180 and squatting 160 and Millsy 280 raw dead Grin

I'm definitely going to miss the chinning, probably going to miss the 100kg overhead and very likely the "be less fat". Have made or think I'll make all of the others, unless I do myself a big injury of course.
