key hole surgery

any one had keyhole surgery on their knees?

seen a specialist today and he says i have torn abit of cartilage and need an op

how long were you off your feet ? and how long out of the gym?

Whats his username here again, maybe you could ask him?

anyway, he was deadlifting heavy just 3 weeks after - but that is not to say it is the right thing to do...

Clive Henry had surgery on both knees and still managed to do a 440kg squat following it.

i had it done in 2008 i was walking the next day and training properly within 3weeks

I have had my left knee done three times and my right done twice!

Its easy. Had it done years ago when playing rugby. Then when I was 22! 18 years ago.

I feel my left knee is fuked now but thats from yrs of abuse!

no less was he warming up with 200kg.... :|
