Yeah, get them on the list. Could try for a shots pb as well. Current record is 44! I'll wear the Sugden t shirt in the raw bench if it passes kit check.

Note: Robs aanounced PB attempt has been referred to the dubious PBs committee for scrutiny.

as far as targets are concerned, mine are:

Deadlift 235 - 5kg improvement

snatch: 85kg - 5 kg improvement

push press - 110kg - 2.5kg improvement

one can always live in hope!

yeah but f**king 4 rep max? Who the f**k does 4 reps man? 4 reps is a failed 5, or 3 gone a bit too far. What the f**k is 4 reps?!? Its like nailing 11 reps.

man, if we were still dishing out fines, there are several finable PBs on that list!

not to mention the 4's, but nailing 5x140 on squat with a 185 1RM is not a PB Wink

We need more iron hand Committee in place!
