It's a freaky looking dog - is it yours Carl?
Can't you find me an alternative dog?

The forum does it by itself Martin, it's Sugden magic!

New unit was between -5 and -10 on Sunday I reckon. 4 heaters coming in the next few days though, I'm too soft for that s**t!

Also, no heaters in the car, got stuck in snow for 2 and a half hours on Saturday, thought I might die!

Sun. If you've got very little in the way of facing windows, the insulation keeps the heat OUT rather than IN and there's not much radiant effect.

I thought training back in Fitness First would be ok but even there has been freezing.

Ive trained at Ralls gym in Leeds and did a session at a bb gym in West Leeds and it was ok there when I wasn't too near the door!

I feel like a bit of a big girl's blouse after reading this. Gym today was a very comfortable 20 celcius or so. Training in shorts and t-shirt and got a bit of a sweat on, even at my 'comfortable' training pace.
