Also, no heaters in the car, got stuck in snow for 2 and a half hours on Saturday, thought I might die!

Ive trained at Ralls gym in Leeds and did a session at a bb gym in West Leeds and it was ok there when I wasn't too near the door!

abs by summer 2011? Experts opinions vary Member 290, 2552 posts	I feel like a bit of a big girl's blouse after reading this. Gym today was a very comfortable 20 celcius or so. Training in shorts and t-shirt and got a bit of a sweat on, even at my 'comfortable' training pace.
