clean and jerk-105k

im pretty sure these are acheviable numbers for me if i work on my technique, and keep training with some sort of effort Happy

really enjoyed squatting today, concentrated on sitting back into the squat to help engage my hamstring, not got it fully yet but the weights felt loads easier and it felt easier and more comfortable hitting depth. chuffed with these.

great session all in all, really enjoyed it and the squats felt really good, like my technique is falling into place.

bit of an unscheduled training session, id gone to lock up the gym for the night, one of the members had just started an being an all round nice guy didnt have the heart to chuck him out, so i thought id muck about while i waited!

SQUATS

100k x 5
130k x 2,2,2

just going thru the motions really, practicing technique

STRICT PRESS
bar x 5
40k x 5
60k x 4,2,2

ive decided on a mini goal of 60k for 3 sets of 5 on the strict press, was quite chuffed with this, should have in in a few weeks Happy
