Like JTs duck walk, but with a handle that could also be used for farmers walk/hold if you had a pair. Could also be used as a Atlas stone trainer if you removed the handle and clamped plates on with a collar. (as Carl mentioned in other thread) How do I upload a pic of the design I've done? ta | ||

Just don't know how effective it would be for Farmers Walk, and not sure about pickup height versus the length the tube will need to be to load enough plates on. If I could upload a pic you might understand what I mean, but it would basically be JTs cheaper duck walk but with an open handle design. | ||
