still a devious weightlifting bastard Member 43, 14374 posts	Got Fat Pete to pick me one up from his local chemist as they were on sale. Not had chance to try it out on any troublesome joints yet, but will keep you posted as I know you're all dead interested. Just wondering if any of you guys have had any experience with these things first of all, for their intended purpose, or more importantly incorporated into sexy love games whilst in a drunken stupor (or Plan B as WIGAN calls it). Any tips, advice, knowledge of necessary lubes etc would be appreciated, and may just save me a trip to hospital. Cheers lads. You're the best!

When you're at Adders Neil mate you need to learn OL lifts. With comments like that you're a natural. OK. Had a bit of a play last night, only plan A unfortunately, the intended purpose and all that. Gave the knees 15 mins of top intensity on program D 'Heavy kneading'. Seemed to work very well on the joints. After further reading the instructions I had a go with the elbow - 1 pad on the forearm, 1 mid bicep & started on intensity 1. Bit of a mild twitch Bit gay really. Notch 2 saw minor gigglesome spaz like twitching whilst number 3 reminded me of the electrocution scene out of First Blood part 2. The wife had a go and screamed on a measly '2'. Really looking forward to tonight now. Already dug out the ropes, jelly and blood stained white coat... from last time. Just hope my knees are alright
