Alex - It wasn't rounded enough for me to say "oh, bad form, rounded back, all back, stiff leg, hitch coming on" so if my back rounds a little bit then it's ok, I can feel when my back goes from starting position to rounded s**tness and when not, that's what I meant.

edit: basically if I don't hitch and don't round my back badly and less than i used to I am noting it to myself as progress!

70x2 2 presses 1 clean
75x2, 2 presses 2 cleans, v happy, PR, 2nd rep was s**t form and a grind but oh well
70x2 2 presses 2 cleans, same as above on the 2nd form, but good stuff

Yoke press

70x1 variety of techniques, decent stuff

Duck walk
