Straps, suits, hitching etc all ok. Will be from normal bar height. Strength shop Overhead medley 100kg sleeper 120kg log 130kg axel Inch Dbell(70kg ish) Tackle them in any order you like. Continentals ok, 2 hand clean on the inch OK. 75 sec time limit. Southams Monster Medley Farmers walk 140kg x 20m (will be on farmers handles like the ones jt sells) Tyre 3 flips Duck walk 220kg x 20m 75 sec time limit Mad object carry for distance Max distance over a 20m course. Object TBC. 75 sec time limit. Arm over Arm Will be on a fire engine over a 25m course. 75 sec time limit. Stones 100,120,140,160,180kg stones to decreasing size platforms. 90 sec time limit. Athlete information There will be 16 spots available for Sugdeners with last years top 3 finishers recieving invites. There will also be 4 international spaces available. Date TBC but early March is penciled in. Entry fee will be £15 and is non refundable. Sure I'l have forgotten to mention loads of stuff.
