BENCH today the plan with bench is to get 125kx5reps then 5sets 130kx3reps and try a new bench pb,im going to try and get 125kx5 then 3sets of 3reps 130k when i get them ill go onto set 4-5,then onto a new pb,well thats the planGrin

you deffo need to start holding the bar at arms length befor you start the press but they looked piss easy !!!

hows them squats goin ?

boar ive all but given up on squats,but i am inspired by Haydens progress do you think a 5x5 plan would be good on squat i think i should start allover again with them.ill start holding bar at arms length b4 i press dont really know why i dont i just dive straight into it!

looked easy mate .I would definitely keep squatting if i was you ,I read over on pluk
that gene rychek and scot mendelson are both 1000lb squatters,and if your looking to add leg drive to improve your bench(and you'll probably need to to bench 180/200k
unequipped)then you'll need to be squatting! Just my opinion mate ,I'm no expert but it seems to make sense! stronger legs = more leg drive!
