Good stuff mate, one thing to think about when you get to heavier stuff is standing there after the last rep - make sure you get used to it because you were struggling with it at the comp.

great adviceCool

Addlington tonight

Bench
bar x allot
40kg x 8
60kg x 6
80kg x 5

paused
92.5kg x 3 ,3 ,3 ,3 ,3

Deadlifts
100kg x allot messing about with form/sumo etc...
140kg x 3conventional ,3 sumo
170kg x 1 sumo
190kg x 1conventional
190kg x 1sumo
195kg x 1sumo

than we did my 'Ab Circuit of Death' which hurt like a bugger involving lots of manly yells and groans to the joy of the nearby residents.

Assisted stretching which was really good. Should do this more often i think if not every session.

I think i will stick with the sumo's. The reps were all very hard (both sumo and conventional) and rob has already heard my list of excuses. Well basically sumo doesnt hurt my back and im 100% sure with some practice it will make a big difference.

Im completely fooked, i will include a picture of my post workout meal in the vids to come...Grin

Good stuff tonight mate, top laugh.

You're right about the sumos, they did look very natural - pulling that much with them first time out is definitely a good sign.

LOLGrin. I am constantly hungry. I make a sauce which is mayo mixed with brown sauce and mustard. It tastes incredible with eggs.

Bench
40kg x lots
60kg x 8
80kg x 5

paused
97.5kg x 3
100kg x 3PB
102.5kg x 2
80kg x 8

Incline bench
40kg x 8
55kg x 8
70kg x 8

some messing around with declines and light flies

Happy with the bench as the 100x3 was particularly easy...had another 2 reps there, wasn't an awfull lot left to hit many reps on the 102.5 tho. The practice with the pause has really helped. Booked a sports massage for tuesday, hopefully will help.

Squats
bar x a few
70kg x 8
110kg x 6
130kg x 5
150kg x fell over....
150kg x 7PB
165kg x 1
175kg x 1PB

some rows on a very smooth rowing thingy..

Adders tonight with boar. Very very happy with the squats, none were a particular strain which is pretty good. Boar was looking very healthy while pulling sumo and doing power cleans. I consumed a whole bag of sweets so therefore probably took in more cals than i used...WOO. Nice session, had a good banter with boar with some exceptionally homosexual moments, will not go into detailGrin.
