Crazy pulling strength, I think the 270kg for 2 sets of 6 and a set of 4 is more impressive than the 305kg (unless they were bounced?). Either way very strong Jason.

Nice deads JT! If your going to do a comp i'd suggest putting a few pieces of patella tape( or some thing similiar) over the hernia to keep the muscle wall tight! It worked for me last year!

IPF standards *cough, cough* alright then. OK I believe they weren't bounced. Therefore you should be pulling much more than 305kg! Grin

Injury JT ??? Injuries can be broken down into the following groups -

Bruise
Wound
Burns
Fractures
Joint dislocation
Concussion
Sprain
Shock
Amputation

Which of these injurys do you beleive to have mate ?? Coz i`m bloody worried about your well being ..Roll-Eyes

270kg x 6 is Cleggys best plus 1 ..Angry

...and Cleggy's best is 320kg, therefore (especially considering he did 270 x 6 for 2 sets!) Jt's best should be 325-330kg!

Just got to get it done now JT!

no doubt in my mind if comp time jt did 6 reps with 270 if clegg was following he would do 7

if clegg did 7 with jt following no doubt he would do 8
