old age traveller Member 332, 7863 posts | tried the tony approach to deadlifts tonight 70x1 120x1 170x1 220x1 260xf tony approach binned stern talk to ones self 260x1 260x3 260x4 260x4 axle fronties 64x2 84x2 104x2 124x2 144x2 154x2 164x1 weight no problem hanging on to axle big problem! one arm dumbell snatch 1 rep each arm 10kg 15kg 20kg 25kg 30kg 40kg 50kg first time i have done this just a little joke between myself and cleggmeister! push jerk drills did somewhere around 40 doubles on axle nothing heavier than 104kg rev hyper and rope crunch supersets x4 nice easy session before events tomorrow going for some crazy medleys | ||
