old age traveller Member 332, 7865 posts | nice session at olympic main aim was overhead coaching from the cleggmeister seemed to work axle push jerks first time i had done these and finished with 140kg very happy axle pushpress finished with 140 again very happy did a bit of log 62kgx27 reps strict stones best run 132kg 61'' 151kg 55'' 175kg 49'' failed to lap 190ish needs addressing couple of close fails with 151 to 61'' this is doable watching lads strict press log had another go 62kgx28reps worth the drive to train with guys like MC shawn et al! | ||
