 Scotbasher - forever Member 59, 2115 posts | Thanks to everybody who helped and attended it really is a team effort and for once we had more officials than we needed which probably gives them a chance to take a break now and again. Perhaps the date of the contest meant that it clashed with peoples holidays which may account for the slightly low attendance? Hopefully we are going to have a Lancs vs Yorks "Roses Cup" next year which will be biased towards Junior and Novice lifters which should help develop new lifters. Hopefully we will have a big turnout for the NW Bench on Sunday October 21st at Intershape gym in Colne then the NW Championships back at Rhinos on December 9th. Yes Boar you may Youtube my lifts the 257.5 deadlift was a PB as was the 217.5 bench. Hope Tokar isn't too upset at me out pulling him now!! You are still kicking my ass on Wilks with yours if it's any consolation. | ||
