best 20 rep squat weight might be a good one?

youve said about not having a bent over row because of cheating, but discarding the row because of people cheating is no different from disregarding the squat because people might squat high

A 20 rep one is quite a good idea.

As for a row, I think people (on this site!) are more likely to have a closer agreement of what a good squat is than what a good row is..

20 rep squats, are you insane, if you can squat 20 times you should be thrown out of the gym, attached to the back of the nearest car and dragged round the streets at or just below the legal speed limit. Why, why, why, why , why would you want to do such a thing ? If you don't like squatting just don't do them, but if you truly love them you will do singles, but to sully their good name and reduce it to some form of child's circus act, you must really hate them with a passion.
