Thumbless axle deadlift 160x5 (Rep PB) Pinch block 35x10 each hand Wrist wrench thumbless 41.5kg plates for a PB each hand Fat Gripz E wrist curls thumbless 40 3x25 Reverse fat gripz E wrist curls 35 3x25 Assault bike 3 miles 8:37 (Originally planned sub 8 minutes but that seemed to hard for a session where I didn't want to smash myself so decided on a comfy sub 9 minutes but realised that 8:37 was still very easy so I might try sub 8 this week) Done. | ||

Messed up the first pop on this so really happy to get two reps after that, peaking really well with the dumbbell) Yoke 290 4x20m Keg to sprint 120x12m to 12m sprint 10 sets (Trying to work on some foot speed with the keg as Brits medley will likely be pretty short and fast) Stones 100 to 65"/120 to 62"/140 to 55"/160 to 50" 5 runs Got better as they went on, managed to one motion the 140s but couldn't one motion the 160 yet, that would be a good mark to hit! Done. | ||

Deadlift really is getting there now) Strict press 60 100 120 135 3x5 (Pretty comfy this) Seated box jumps 5x3 GHRs Bodyweight 3x10 Incline dumbbell row 36's 3x10 Done. | ||

Yoke 300 2x20m (feeling pretty fatigued on this) Keg medley 100/110/120 x20m each Second run was 38 seconds for a PB! Stones 120 100/120/140/160/180 first run failed the 180 second run failed the 180 Third run got the 180 Combination of dirty stones to start then clean on to finish was taking all the tacky off but happy to hit 180 in a run in training for the first time Done. | ||

Buzzing with this, been years since I got a front squat 1RM and I've always been dubious about the cheap bumpers I did 240kg on, I'd be shocked if they weren't a little light so to hit 250kg on Eleikos makes me very happy. Stones 120x1 160x1 100/120/140/160/180 to 67/62/55/50/48" 1st run failed the 180, rushed and it slid off the lip. 2nd run was more patient on the 180 and got a lot of clearance. Done. And that brings to the end my heavy work for Brits. Been a brilliant block of training and I feel amazing. Ready to shock some people next Saturday, I can't wait! | ||
