Member 4600, 8166 posts SQ 240, BP 162.5, DL 255657.5 kgs @ 90.5kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 21.08.2021 @ 21:06 PM by dannyboy73 blah blah blah you ring piece.just some idea how its going... today got up did 7 sets of deads, 5 sets of bors, kids did farmers, front raises, urr and goblet squats had breakfast shake and took kids to park... there i did 10 sets of chins and isometrics. the kids all did form practice , takedowns, joint locks and breaks between playing...about 45 minute training for the vikings. we then watched star wars then... press ups and core work with vikings. bear in mind they are 5,5 and 6. anyhow, went to the supermarket to get some beer...men like slapped puppies t-shirt you dont want to know what id do for my famil...blah blah blah you brainwashed milk sops i know what youd do...bend over I now know my place in this and i walk with my head high like John. this is for the 10%ers and the higher figure for my brothers in other countries... | ||

Anyway forgot mask and went to the front desk where this huge mean man was and asked him if he had a mask as directed by the beautiful woman. He snapped on me like. I said you don’t talk to me like that man what’s your name so we can see about your attitude. The beautiful woman was also treated meanly by him! He said I’m not going to tell you! That’s where I leave my story to end. I always treated everyone’s stupid questions no matter how many with respect and all the businesses that require mask have them on spot! The beautiful lady gave me a mask! Later I went to GNC where they sell them cheap. Here they are returning again. Threw away the first waves not thinking! | ||

However, I appear to have forearms 'of granite' and even the black belts appear unkeen to do arm conditioning with me... About 11.7 - 11.10lbs now adays weirdly, strength is going up. still doing a mixture to aid my ma. e.g yesterday did upto 83k cgbp 8 reps not bad at my poverty weight..was doing some bors with 90k 10 reps when i got in from work. feel great but tired. had a cough/ cold cought from the kids but what do you expect when your working 7 days a week? over that one and ready for the next round of colds... oh, and plan to but a squat rack as havent trained legs properly forb 2 years | ||

I am fixing up my home for my children to have. Had a few homes and try not to get to attached to it! It’s like the movie by Stephen King Christine. Being obsessed can break the bank. Here in the USA, ladies love Home Depot. Many are single diverged divorced with kids new boyfriend and proud! | ||

Brother watch out for the skin deep! News: weight lifting equipment is getting dirt cheap I bought a squat rack/ dip station/ bench from Tnp accessories can load upto 250k and wait for it, cost 80 quid! Well happy with it, it is solid. so squatted first time in 2 years albeit a poverty squat  | ||

Member 4600, 8166 posts SQ 240, BP 162.5, DL 255657.5 kgs @ 90.5kgs UnEq | feeling strong but kids got another round of coughs and colds and have a sore throat on the way...but we plough on through. however, been insulating the lofts yesterday so that could explain it as insulation is nasty itchy stuff...got sore eyes as well, that s**t gets everywhere. of note did some cgbp (hands about only 5 inches apart) - so very close. upto 80k x 8...held back a bit as didnt want to go balls out. did some ohp about 50k x 6 this week as well. about 11st5 but feeling strong. | ||

Blown in insulation simply blows but I believe that engulfing in the element will make you better than normals. The Greensomething peckers quarter smack. Giving people 4 days off paid. Anyway keep it rolling. My hand is truly swollen and painful. Cherry juice? What is the cure? Less salty pretzels? | ||

I am reminded that I hit 140k bench at 18 weighing 12 stone. I think I perform better and am more where i genetically have evolved to be my servival best at a lighter bw. | ||

Some liked working out after midnight and were too loud. I remember what I heard called library lifts when I did be quiet when I trained at a dudes gym after hours. Now I only give special invites. Wifeys cousin wants to come over and I been duckin him which is not cool but like not to babysit a beginner but I will I guessseeeer | ||
