This was a fairly reasonable session. Did the reps I needed on Close Grip. Very little difference between my close Grip and normal bench ATM. The rest felt ok. Chins are feeling good ATM, because I'm not pushing them too hard (87.0)

Decided to have an easier session after Monday, when I think I overdid it. Nice to do pause squats again. Need a bit of time to get the feel of them back. Stiff leg deads felt a bit harder than I expected, but my hamstrings were still sore yesterday so I guess they weren't quite recovered. (87.0)

This was a good workout. Paused squats I just wanted to get my body ready for heavier stuff. I think I could have gone higher, but my right leg/hip did not feel that great, so I left it for next time. Deads moved really well, although the 2nd set was a bit of a mess, with my grip starting to go a bit. (87.0)

Was hoping for 5@95 on press, but just a bit short, inevitably. That was ok, though. It feels like I am making - slow - progress on bench. Left shoulder felt a bit iffy today, as it has for a few sessions. (87.1)

Bench is definitely lagging behind my other lifts atm. Didn't help I was feeling particularly lethargic today. 105 did not go up particularly quickly, so rather than try and grind up 110, I decided to do rep@100. This was a bit weak, but about as much as I could hope for atm (88.3)

This was a good session. Paused squats were not that hard on the end, probably could have put another 10kg on that. Deadlifts were ok, not that fluent, but ok. (88.0)

Coming out of lockdown in April I made a plan. In that plan I had the following targets
Squat 160 (or equivalent)
Bench 115 ''
Deadlift 200 ''

What I achieved was
Squat 150 x 6 = 170-175
Bench 110 x 1
Deadlift 190 x 5 = 210-215

So squats and deads have been better than expected, while bench has been worse. By the end of the year my goals are ;

Squat 160 x 5 or 180
Bench 105 x 5 0r 120
Deads 200 x 5 or 220

If I make those weights, I'll be pretty happy.
Now I have 3 weeks holiday, the majority of which I won't train at all. I feel like I need a bit of a rest now
