 Trump will get another four years Member 126, 16707 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 225495.0 kgs @ 75kgs UnEq | went and watched this last weekend as the lad I am training was competing. decided to crank up sanderson video productions as I was there! these were the events: Kaos Strongest Teenager. (U20) Sunday 6th June 2021. Event 1 12"Log Press for Reps. FTOH. 60 Seconds Time Limit. 3 Choices of weights available. Any reps at a higher weight will beat any reps at a lower weight. 70kg. 90kg. 110kg. Event 2. Max Deadlift. Rising Bar. Suits allowed. Sumo not allowed. Opening Weight of 160kg. Increase of 20kg each round. Until only 3 left then 10kg jumps. Athletes may skip rounds. Event 3. 60m Farmers. (15m Lengths. Drop and Turn. No Straps allowed) 95kg. Distance will be measured if unfinished. Event 4. Sandbag Carry Medley. 4 Sandbags 15m. 60/80/100/120 Event 5 8 Stone Run. Platforms from 60"- 42" 70/80/95/105/115/120/140/160. Tacky, Sleeves and Grip Tops allowed. 1st place - Aidan Robb | ||

How did your protege fare? it was good showing from the targets we set for him. few mistakes but lessons learnt. probably a third of the field maybe more were inters level I would have said whereas he is still a novice. I think it was great experience for him to step into that level comp though. | ||

 Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22040 posts | Well done to your lad. He has the potential to be a good log technician! The way he grips stones on the ground is slightly unusual (arm position). Not sure if that's riskier on the biceps or not. Effective though  | ||

Effective though log was probably his best performance on the day. his pb is 92 so 3 was the crackpot target and he nearly hit that. he struggles getting a grip of smaller diameter stones.
