Went to one of my old haunts, Absalute gym in Braintree, and couldn't resist the urge to do legs. For the second time in 12 hours.

Paused SSB Box Squats: 100kg 3 x 3

Seated GMs against bands: 40kg for 3 sets of 15

Power Squat Machine: 4 plates a side for 6, then 3 plates a side for 12

Leg Press: 125kg for 30

GHRs: 3 sets of 10

Reverse Hypers: 3 sets of 15
