I did it trap bar press against bands a few weeks back,very awkward movement Quite limited to kit in my garage so I’m improvising lol Iv got DL bar,trap bar,ez bar,axle bar and around 190kg weighs | ||

Front squat x2 into back squat x4 140 x2 - 140 x4 160 x2 - 160 x4 160 x2 - 160 x4 This is an old method Tom Hibbert put up a while back so as it’s variation day I thought I’d throw that in | ||
