hello friends !!

let me tell you i am not enjoying my body at the moment.

The rib that I damaged has dislodged somthing or is out of line as I keep getting spasms in the muscle .... it bit like when you are stopped in your tracks when your lower back gets tweaked .... but this is higher up in my rib round the back, very unpleasant.

anyhoo, I havnt even been running for the last 2 weeks

Emma is fine thanks , her arm doesnt fully straighten but we are hoping this may improve over time.

Good to hear from you

Not so good to hear of your old man body giving you grief. (I feel your pain)

Have you tried the crackpipe?

Glad the girl is doing well.

I feel better for reading your post Jon. Sad that this is dragging on. I was forced into a 15 against 1 fair fight back in my teens and surprisingly I got the s**t kicked out of me. Healed up fast enough apart from what turned out to be a bush intercostal. Bad news - hard to diagnose without a friendly orthopaedic, good news - cortisone for the win. Hope its fast for you x

Well , i enjoyed getting my rower going and although i am tremendously unfit (and Ed level fat) I am fairly determined to get back to full fitness , this time with some running alongside my rowing.

https://i.ibb.co/MNnkGK3/6-x-500-20-3-21.jpg

sold my ski erg to do some MAJOR renovations to the shed ... the 2 flags you can see on the ground used to be inside the shed .... I had to remove the whole left side (about 1.5m x 3.2m) due to it leaning and wanting to fall over. I have left the top beams poking out as i have now attached Emma hammock to them.

now solid, but not fully finished.

Also go a nice Cannondale mountain mike , getting tio work is a tad slower but smooooth.

with left iover cash I got a new Garmin 245 and a pair of Brooks trainers.

I havnt had the heart to visit the concept 2 rowing page , but will be doing soon for updates GALORE.

Good to see you back. You’ll soon be back to BOAR fitness levels.

Nice shed renovations!

New bike looks lovely - I’m doing a big ride around Rivi in the in the morning. We’ll have to get out together some time soon.

the biggest gear on the back requires 2 full pedal turns for the wheel to move round once !! I think i could cycle up a vertical wall
