England's U90 is skipping them again this year and in my opinion going against 25 lads in a final showdown as apposed to 5-6 lads in a qualifier is much more fun Just my opinion obviously  | ||

I like the idea of regional champions though. I think it encourages guys to make the jump from novice to nationals when you have stepping stones to get there. makes it hard to accommodate different levels of ability when you have a direct entry final. got good memories of the days doing the mids u90. | ||

Also takes less time and resources to do 1 comp vs 4 which allows you to funnel the money back into the comp. | ||

I see pros and cons for both set ups. I just like the idea of local divisions like we used to have with the 105s and 90s. regional banter, more local exposure, more titles. I am a bottom feeder though so maybe I would see it that way. perspective is everything.  | ||
