Hopefully yes.

Josh is a good lad, with Luke and Rhi running a great gym too. So I expect this to be a very well ran comp.

Looks awesome to me!

Very ambitious and I’m sure they’ll run this beautifully.

Will - you getting involved???

im truly torn. natty southern is looking like itll be mid to late may most likely and my chances of getting through two comps that close, with all body parts intact, is slim to none.

I want to support both but I just dont think the old bones will allow it.

how about you?

Why don’t you do the first one and then assess how your body feels afterwards? And also, see how you fair in the first one? Leave your options open.

Erm, I’m 91kg atm and, although the day-before weigh in sounds appealing, I’ve only trained 3 months in the last 12. I’ll save myself the embarrassment and look ahead to 2022.

ha ha fair one.

to be fair there are a few other factors. persuading the mrs that two epic journeys and an overnight stay in as many months for strongman is a good idea being one. and if I qualified for bnsf brits that would probs mean an expedition into the arse end of wales too.

thinking about it, the protege wants to do a comp at kaos later this year too - f**k noes how im going to square all this away lol.

im booked to go away at the end of may so that might make the decision for me anyway.

Agreed. We've had 21 entrants in first day so can't complain!

I'm too far away and a dozen kilos too heavy to even consider signing up, but this looks like a first-rate comp, even for those who'll only do the first four events.
The weight options in particular are a great idea given the current lack of competitive outlets.
