Masks are a big issue mainly because they do jack for protection. they do however give a good indication of the total compliance of populations. | ||

I question - as you will know, I have been extremely critical of policy. I think. I look at the science. And it all leads me to the same place. The person who's been pushed down a line of bulls**t through targeted media is YOU. The first statement is a lie, nontheless that you apparently believe it; the second is irrelevant, except that the populations with the best compliance with targeted interventions (not just masks) are largely now out of measures, because they work. | ||

It's getting increasingly difficult to find glimmers of cheer. Very depressing. | ||

My heart genuinely goes out to kids and young adults only starting out in life This is so depressing and I can imagine mental health is at an all time high I was going through a horrible period in my life pre covid and if I'm honest felt many days I would rather be dead, so I don't feel any worse now really. I just feel bad for those that now maybe feel the same way then should be enjoying life | ||

I imagine its like boiling a frog in ice. The point I try to make (poorly I know) is where my red lines are and trying to understand where others stand. I think my red lines are clear, mask wearing without evidence, compulsory jabs for the well ( this has non long term study which is why children are currently not allowed the jab unless they are in extrem poor health)...my tolerance is much, much lower than most. My worry, a genuine worry is where others red lines are draw. My worry is that they shift with what they are told to do... I suggest you draw red lines in a thought experiment. Ham but hey Member 4787, 205 posts | I enjoy this thread and both sides of peoples opinions. Fwiw. We need both sides. IMO we are f**ked but the genius of this is most will welcome it and support it and yes turn on a directed common enemy....those that dont comply. It’s a simple example of tribe control scaled up in an unprecedented way. The changes will and are hammered into minds with fear as the run away from item and safety as the run toward future with virus and soon non compliant folks as the common enemy. Divides are already being carved in. People forced to situations that needn’t be there. Signs worn around necks like lepers. Pills swallowed both physical and of the mind.
