One 24kg KB goblet squat, then one Bulgarian Goat Bag Swing - a hip hinge with the weight hugged to your lower chest - up to ten goblet squats, then ten Bulgarian Goat Bag Swings. 55 reps of each exercise.

12 kg Goblet KB Knee-to-heel Lunges - 3 sets of ten per side.

8kg KB Dynamic Lunges - 3 sets of ten per side.

12kg KB Single Leg Deadlift - 3 sets of 8 per side. Brutal. Humbling.

3 x (15 x single leg banded leg curls s/s 10 x single leg back extensions s/s 15 x single leg banded glute bridges)

Ten sets of 2 pullups, done with a 20kg vest on, 60-90 seconds between sets.

Massive PR in terms of reps and recovery.

Three sets of 10 inverted rows, done with a 20kg vest on.

Back Extensions: 8kg KB in bow-tie position - 5 count isometric hold at the top - 3 sets of 8. HARD!!!!!

Live pure in spirit and lift your mind like your doing while the world stays still you will be erasing the present and oh so buy back the hands of time while others snug as a bug rolls over to the snooze function. Not easy but soon a game that trying insane trying and when you cannot move fast walk slow. Don’t forget your buddy protein. Always have the bars of fuel to eat not cause you want it but rather needed. I’m confident it has never failed me even at my age.
