Member 3986, 10432 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | 29.12.20 Warmed up Log press one clean 1150 2x6 150x5 fail 6 Couldn't get my head around this, I feel crap on this log then I realised that it's slightly uneven and that the centre of the log sits to the side of my chest so more weight is on one arm. Makes sense why other logs feel so much better but now I know I can stop stressing and just adjust the weight slightly! After f**king about measuring every part of the log I didn't feel up to deads Seated good mornings 145 3x8 Toes to bar strict Bw 3x7 Done. | ||

Member 3986, 10432 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | 2.1.20 Warmed up throwing bags Lots of sets of 17/20/22/23 to 4.6m Then did some one arm throws and pulled my bicep which was annoying! Was sensible and didn't want to irritate it so thought log from the chest would be ok 60 90 110 130x3 strict (bicep was pulling a bit so I thought no more weight I'll go max reps 130x10 (rep PB and bodyweight strict press for 10! Really happy with this) Then messed about with some grip work Did 95kg on the strength shop rolling thunder which is much harder than the ironmind one! Just got the gym record haha Done. Bicep feels a lot better today, will be fine tomorrow. Focus is Squat anyway at the moment so not the end of the world | ||
